What a Great Weekend!


We had a great weekend with eight women joining us for classes, food, laughs and a few tears.
We worked with paper clay, paints, wire, cloth, old yarn spools, trims, ribbons, yarn, glue, needles and threads...

Preparing For our Figure Extravaganza!

Started with crunched up newspaper wrapped in paper tape.

 Then added a layer of plaster gauze.


Paperclay was used to create the facial features and then painted with acrylics.

 

Working on a bird that will sit on her head!!!
